RYA Day Skipper Practical | 18 – 22 Aug

This course is important in that it is the first step and introduction to the amazing world of practical navigation, skippering, and seamanship!
Pre-Course Requirements:
The RYA Day Skipper Practical course assumes knowledge of the RYA Day Skipper theory and practical experience to at least the level of an RYA Competent Crew with 100 nautical miles logged.
During this course, you will learn to Skipper the boat and Manage crew. You will have the chance to put your navigational and skippering ability into practice. On board, the aim is to expose you to as many different situations as possible. This course is run either in Cape Town or in Langebaan / Saldanha Bay lagoon (tidal waters).
We take a maximum of five students per course.
Duration: 5 days on board sail training.
